What services are available at this site?

Cherokee Nation Public Health brings non-biased data, local resources and a wealth of information to one, accessible, user-friendly location. The intent is to give communities the tools they need to read and understand the public health indicators that affect the quality of their residents’ lives.

This site is an aggregate site of information available from a variety of sources including the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the local health department, non-profit reporting agencies and other government agencies. Each source of data is listed within the reports. We believe that this information does not exist together at any other location.

The Information We Collect:

This notice applies to all information collected or submitted on the Cherokee Nation Public Health website. On some pages, you can make requests and register to receive materials. The types of personal information collected at these pages are:

You do not have to give us any personal information to visit or use our web site. No personally identifying information (such as your name, e-mail address, or Social Security number) will be collected except as described below. None of this information is personally identifiable. Cookies are used to improve the user experience and to maintain session state. Cookies are never tied to individually identifiable information. If you provide your name or email through a form on the site, such as "feedback" or "contact us", HCI and/or Cherokee Nation Public Health stores the email address for purposes of replying only and the email is never shared with a third party. When you provide your email address to save a report you have run, the email is only stored for that purpose and is never shared with a third party.
